India’s first premium small-batch organic craft vodka, Cashmir, has achieved a historic success on the international stage. Cashmir wins Gold at The Vodka Masters 2025, organized by The Spirits Business, held in London, taking Indian vodka to new heights on the global map.
The beginning of a new chapter
In May 2025, Cashmir Vodka was launched by Piccadily Distilleries. The base of this vodka is the golden barley, a special winter wheat that is almost 2000 years old and was on the verge of extinction. After a six-year effort, this ancient grain has been revived and used specifically to make vodka. Known as the “Golden Pearl,” this grain is GMO-free, non-hybrid, and completely organic, which has created a unique identity for Cashmir.

On this moment of success, Shalini Sharma, Head of Marketing, Piccadily Agro Industries Ltd, said,

Unique Manufacturing Process of Cashmir vodka
Cashmir Vodka is made through 7 times distillation and 5 stages of precision filtration. This process uses activated carbon, mango wood charcoal, and layers of platinum, gold, and silver. Finally, it is mixed with pure glacial water from the Kashmir Valley.
The result—an absolutely smooth, pure, and bright vodka, which is 100% vegan, sugar-free, and made without any artificial flavors.
